Be Your Breath is a science-led breathwork practice supporting individuals and organisations to reset, refocus, and rise — from within.
Founded by Breathwork Strategist and Positive Psychology expert Letitia Hope, our method draws on conscious connected breathwork, neuroscience, and the science of human flourishing to support clarity, presence, and performance in the moments that matter most.
Our work is intentionally curated — we offer a select number of private sessions, intimate group programs, and immersive breath-led experiences. Letitia Hope is the founder of Be Your Breath — a breathwork and wellbeing practice supporting high-performing individuals and teams to lead with clarity, resilience, and presence.With a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne and certifications in conscious connected breathwork, trauma-informed practice, and integrative wellbeing approaches, Letitia blends science, strategy, and positive presence. Her work integrates breathwork, neuroscience, and the science of human flourishing to deliver real, lasting change — from the inside out.Known for her calm strength and centred presence, Letitia designs experiences that go beyond the surface — helping people and organisations reset nervous system patterns, reconnect to purpose, and rise with intention.She is also a keynote speaker and experience strategist, passionate about reshaping the way we work, lead, and live — through breath.
